The Institute for Transnational and Euregional Cross Border Cooperation and Mobility / ITEM and the Cross-Border Work and Business Team (Team Grensoverschrijdend Werken en Ondernemen – Team GWO) of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration are jointly offering an information event on the topic “First Aid for Cross-Border Work”. At this information event for new cross-border commuters, ITEM and Team GWO will inform you about the impacts of cross-border work.
New cross-border commuters will be informed at two parallel information events about the impacts on taxes and social security contributions both theoretically and practically. In addition, the impacts on taxes and social security contributions in case of changes in personal situations will be addressed.
Information Event 1: Living in the Netherlands and Working in Germany.
This event, which is mainly held in Dutch, is aimed at new cross-border commuters and is led by Ms. Daniela Riewe and Mr. Jan Meijs from Team GWO.
Information Event 2: Living in Germany and Working in the Netherlands.
This event, which is mainly held in German, is aimed at new cross-border commuters and is led by Ms. Nicole Janssen and Mr. Jens Heiß from Team GWO.
The information events take place at the Eurode Business Center in Kerkrade/Herzogenrath, through which the Dutch-German border literally runs.
