𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀-𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗜 𝗦𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱

In June 2025, PI SITTARD participated in the employer’s breakfast organized by Grensarbeid and the GrensInfoPunt. Since then, our collaboration has accelerated. Vacancies were shared across the border, candidates were introduced, selected, and hired exactly as cross-border collaboration is intended. In addition, we set up extra promotional activities together for the open day that took place at the end of November at the penal institution Sittard.

Last week, Grensarbeid and the GrensInfoPunt were invited again to PI Sittard. After enjoying a delicious soup and a sandwich, PI employees residing in Belgium or Germany received practical and up-to-date information about taxes and social security. In a relaxed and accessible session, questions were answered, and employees left with renewed knowledge and a goodie bag. Additionally, the “employee recruits employee” initiative with an attractive recruitment bonus was brought to the attention of staff once more, hoping to strengthen this effort and also increase the organization’s brand awareness in Belgium and Germany.
