\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tOn Wednesday, September 12, 2018, the time had come: The involved partners of the SGA organized a Jobday together with Eures and Mercedes-Benz. This took place at Mercedes-Benz in Maastricht. The cooperation partners succeeded in motivating a large number of candidates to participate in this Jobday.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nA bus organized by Mercedes Benz traveled from the Aachen-D\u00fcren employment agency to the Roda JC Stadium in Kerkrade, after which it continued to Maastricht. A total of 36 people participated in the bus ride, and the involved parties SGA and Mercedes-Benz hopefully headed to the organized speed date.\r\n\r\nUpon arrival, participants were greeted with coffee and cake, followed by a detailed presentation in the Mercedes-Benz Theater, which focused on the open positions in their Contact Mobility Center. The entire group was then divided into three parts. One group received a tour of the workshop (where they showed what the job entails). Another group received information about the employment conditions, while the last group had to go through a speed date. Meanwhile, during the rotations, there was also the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch. After the lunch break, the whole group was welcomed back to the theater. There was a short review of the particularly well-organized day at Mercedes-Benz, where participants were promised to receive feedback shortly. The job seekers from all four involved parties in our project were particularly impressed by the design and care of this day and were glad that they were able to profile themselves well with this employer in this way. Attached is a series of „mood moments“ of the speed date.\r\n\r\nEach party, both the organization and the job seekers, ended the day with a pleasant feeling, and it is expected that the outcome will be satisfactory for all parties involved.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
